Recovering Strength, Sleep, And Satisfaction.

"A few years ago I met Ryan at a Dressage Show where I was a vendor. I was going through a difficult time with my body; it was extremely tight all over. I was not sleeping and had limited movement. this was not a good thing for I am a horseman, taking care of multiple horses, giving riding lessons, and more.

Ryan worked with me for about 20 minutes at the show. For many reasons I did not see ryan until the following spring. I saw him for a session in his office. From the first day I met Ryan I recommended him to everyone I could think of and then some. It was an amazing journey my body went through. I experienced a number of emotional shifts, as well. I practiced the four movements Ryan taught me very faithfully every day for a number of months, then I moved to once a week, more as needed. When I saw Ryan in his office, he asked questions and took photos of my posture from front, right/left sides and rear at the beginning of the session. He repeated the process at the end for comparison.

I have been working with the movements for 3 years and LOVE the results. There are times during the day, I will feel discomfort or a limitation in my mobility, I will use one or two of the movements to loosen the area, and return to work in very short order.

Recently Ryan has generously been offering online sessions during the Corona Virus stay-at-home requests by the states. I had been thinking I would benefit greatly from beginning direct work with him, again. I instantly signed up for the classes and have been attending them three nights a week. I had not realized how tight my body had become; I knew it was not great but... I feel like me again. My strength has returned. I am sleeping through the night again. My emotions are much brighter and more stable, again."
